Соотношение цикла отдыха

Соотношение цикла отдыха - это показатель продолжительности цикла отдыха, выраженный в единицах пропорции или в фиксированном времени.
Единицы пропорции умножаются на значение параметра "секунд в единице", и в результате получается фактическая продолжительность цикла.

Where the ratio can be found?

1. Go to Control tab.
2. Choose meditation, or certain repose cycle of the breathing session.
3. Press on "Ratio of repose cycle" item.

• Also you can choose the certain repose cycle from Dynamic tab.

Set/change the ratio

1. Choose meditation, or certain repose cycle of the breathing session.
2. Press on "Ratio of repose cycle" item.
3. Use spinner to choose the ratio you'd like and press "OK".

• You cannot set the ratio as zero.

Using advanced settings for the ratio value in Guru version

It can be done the very same way as for breath cycles, that is usual, fractional ratio, constant time and fractional constant time.
