If the training is too complicated
Here are some options:
- Lower your complexity level (if applicable).
- Set the "seconds per unit" with the lower value.
- Watch your training duration is no longer than recommended, usually it's no more than 10-15 minutes.
- Use the Dynamic mode to increase "breaths per minute" index gradually.
